With over 20 years of experience in the wardrobe and cabinetry industry, supported by an NZQA qualification in Joinery and Cabinetry. Jordan's career spans the full journey of the trade - from hands-on craftsmanship to senior leadership - giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of how quality work is produced and delivered.

He began his career at age 18 as a Foreman, where he also completed his apprenticeship and started his joinery journey - learning the ropes of leadership, precision, and on-site problem solving. Jordan then progressed into a Manufacturer & Installer role, further refining his technical expertise, before moving into an Operations Manager position, where he led teams, streamlined processes, and oversaw complex projects with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and high standards.

Deeply passionate about the industry, Jordan’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement ultimately led him to establish and run his own company. His strength lies in bridging the gap between the workshop floor and the office, understanding the realities of manufacturing and installation just as well as the demands of running operations.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his family, and fitting in the odd round of golf when he can.
