Yes. Pickup is available from our Christchurch location once your order is ready.
Yes. All Bosk products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering materials and workmanship. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
Once the system is installed and signed off, we treat it as a completed custom installation tailored to your space. Any changes requested post install (e.g., relocating rods, adding shelves, changing doors) will be quoted as modification work. That’s why the measure, design, sign-off stage is important.

Yes, all orders come with our step by step instructions to suit a DIY project.

Yes, we manufacture all our sliding doors to your specifications as supplied by you or measured by our team.
Yes. We offer standard payment methods and can discuss staged payment schedules (e.g., deposit at quote acceptance, progress payment at manufacture, final payment at install completion). If you would like finance options, we can refer you to our trusted partner advisors.
Please make sure the area is obstruction free to allow the team easy access to ensure correct measurements.
Yes. During the measuring visit, we’ll discuss functional zones (hanging, shelving, drawers, door style) and show you sample layouts. Following your measure, we’ll provide tailored design options with visuals, allowing you to select what suits you best.
If you would like a full view-rendering we can include that as an add-on.
Absolutely. We can coordinate with your builder or renovation team and provide detailed measurements and layout plans. We’ll align installation timing with your project and manage site access and handover.
