Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Because many of our products are modular or made-to-order, returns are limited.
CHANGE OF MIND
We may accept change of mind returns at our discretion, provided:
- Items are unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- All original packaging is intact
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
SHIPPING
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
CUSTOM & CONFIGURED PRODUCTS
Products that are custom-made, cut to size, or configured to your specifications (including wardrobe systems) are not eligible for return for change of mind.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
FAULTY ITEMS
If a product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
IMPORTANT
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and does not limit those rights.
